FAQ
How long does a bottle last?
Small bottles are 5 ml. Large bottles are 10 ml. Taken as recommended, a small bottle lasts about three to four weeks and a large bottle about six to seven weeks.
How do I take them?
For best results put four drops in a large bottle of water or juice and sip it slowly through the day. Using it this way also makes the bottle last longer, which is better. The remedies work best when you take them steadily, not all at once.
Who can take them?
Bach Flower Remedies are a complementary support for how you feel. They are widely used alongside everyday medication and they are not known to clash with it. They are not a substitute for medical treatment.
Do they contain alcohol?
The usual bottles contain a little brandy. If you would prefer not to have alcohol, ask Jackie for the ACV version. If you are unsure, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Keep following any advice you have already been given.
